Part I: About KASHIN

1.Q: Who are you?

A: KASHIN is a factory that produce turf care machines.

2.Q: What do you produce?

A: KASHIN manufacturer turf aerator, turf brush, ATV top dresser, fairway top dresser, turf roller, verticutter, field top maker, turf sweeper, core collector, big roll harvester, hybrid turf harvester, sod cutter, turf sprayer, turf tractor, turf trailer, turf blower, etc.

3.Q: Where are you located in?

A: KASHIN is located in Weifang City, Shandong Province, China. WEICHAI diesel engine, FOTON LOVOL tractor, GOER tech are all in Weifang city.

4.Q: How can i go there?

A: There are planes from GUANGZHOU, SHENZHEN, SHANGHAI, HANGZHOU, WUHAN, XI’AN, SHENYANG, HAERBIN, DALIAN, CHANGCHUN, CHONGQIN, etc to WEIFANG airport. Less than 3 hours.

5.Q: Do you have agent or aftersale service center in our country?

A: No. Our main market is China domestic market. As our machines have been exported to many countries,in order to provide customers with better after-sales service, KASHIN is working hard to build a global distribution network. Part II: About ORDER

1. Q: What’s your MOQ? What discount can get if we place a big order?

A: Our MOQ is one set. The unit price is different depends on order quantity. The more quantity you order, the unit price will be cheaper.

2.Q: Do you provide OEM or ODM service if we need?

A: Yes. We have experienced research & develop team and many cooperative factories, and we can provide the machines as per customers’ requirements, including OEM or ODM service.

3.Q: How long is the delivey time?

A: We will prepare some hot selling machines in stock, like TPF15B top dresser, TP1020 top dresser, TB220 turf brush, TH42 roll harvester, etc. Under this condition, the delivery time is within 3-5 days. Normally, the production time is 25-30 working days.

4.Q: What’s your payment term? What’s your accepted payment type?

A: Normally 30% deposit in advance for production, and the balance 70% is paid before delivery. Accepted payment type: T/T, L/C, Credit Card, West Union etc.
L/C is acceptable, while corresponding expenses would be added. If you only accept L/C, please tell us in advance, then we can give you quotation based on the payment terms.

5.Q: What trade terms to you do?

A: Usually FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, other terms can be negotiated.
Sending by sea, air or Express are available.

6.Q: How do you package the goods?

A: We use steel frame package to load the machines. And of course, we can also do package according to your special request, like plywood box,etc.

7.Q: How do you transport the goods?

A: The goods will be transported by sea, or by train, or by truck, or by air.

8.Q: How to order? 

A: (1) First of all, we discuss order details, production details by e-mail, whatsapp, etc.
(a)Product information:
Quantity, Specification, Packing requirements etc.
(b) Delivery time required
(c) Shipping information: Company name,Street address,Phone&Fax number,Destination sea port.
(d) Forwarder's contact details if there's any in China.
(2) Secondly, we will issue you a P.I. for your confirmation.
(3) The third, you will be requested to do prepaid full payment or deposit before we go into production.
(4) The fourth, after we get the deposit, we will issue a formal RECEIPT and start to process the order.
(5) The fifth, we usually need 25-30 days if we don’t have the items in stock
(6) The sixth, before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment.
(7) The last, after payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

9.Q: How to order the products without any acknowledge of import? 

A: If you are the first time to do import and do not know how to do. We can arrange goods to your sea port, or airport or directly to your door.

Part III About Products and Service

1.Q: What about the quality of your products?

A: KASHIN’s products quality is among the top level in China.

2.Q: How do you control quality?

A: (1) All raw materials are purchased by dedicated personnel. QC will conduct preliminary inspection before entering the factory, and enter the production process only after passing the inspection.
(2)Each link of the production process has technical personnel to conduct inspections.
(3) After the product is produced, the technician will test the overall performance of the machine. After the test is passed, the packaging process can be entered.
(4) QC personnel will re-check the package integrity and tightness of the equipment before shipment. Ensure that the delivered goods leave the factory without defects.

3.Q: How do you deal with it if we received broken products?

A: Replacement. If the broken parts must be changed, we would send parts to you through express. If the parts are not urgent, we usually credit to you or replace it in next shipment.

4.Q: How long is the warranty time?

A: (1) The complete machine sold by our company are guaranteed for one year.
(2) The complete machine refers to the main component parts of the machine. Take the tractor as an example. The main component includes but not limited to front axle, rear axle, gearbox, diesel engine, etc. Quick-wear parts, including but not limited to cab glass, headlights, oil filters, diesel filters, air filters, tires, etc. are not within this scope.
(3) Start time of warranty period
The warranty period starts on the day when the sea container arrives at the port of the customer's country.
(4) End of warranty period
The end of the warranty period is extended by 365 days after the start date.

5.Q: How could i do installation and debugging?

A: After you received the goods, we will assist you to complete the installation and commissioning of the product through email, telephone, video connection, etc.

6.Q: What is your company’s after sale service policy?

A: (1) After receiving customer feedback, our company needs to reply within 24 hours, and assist customers in troubleshooting and solving problems through email, telephone, video connection, etc.
(2) During the warranty period, if the whole machine (main components) has quality problems due to the materials or processing technology used, our company provides free parts. For non-product quality reasons, including but not limited to machine damage caused by operating accidents, man-made sabotage, improper operation, etc., free warranty services are not provided.
(3) If customers need, our company can arrange technicians to provide on-site service. The technical and translator’s travel expenses, salary, etc. shall be borne by the buyer.
(4) After the warranty period is exceeded, our company will provide life-long after-sales service for the product, and provide a 10-year supply of spare parts. And assist customers in arranging transportation services such as sea and air transportation of parts, and customers need to pay corresponding fees.
